Nutraceutical pet brand CanineCeuticals® partnered with Pet Biz Creatives to elevate their website’s shopping experience. With a diverse range of Australian-owned & made human-grade pet supplements, they needed a solution to guide customers toward the best recommendations for their dog’s wellbeing, ultimately boosting conversions and sales through strategic education and nurturing.

The Brief
CanineCeuticals® sought a strategy to create an interactive quiz that would recommend tailored products based on each pet’s specific health challenges or wellbeing needs. The quiz also needed to drive mailing list sign-ups and increase customer engagement while enhancing trust and credibility.
Beyond recommending products, the experience needed to offer added value through educational content that empowered pet owners. This content would help customers better understand their pet’s health concerns and reinforce the credibility of CanineCeuticals® as a trusted solution provider.

Our Approach
We would design a high-value, educational, and user-friendly quiz optimised for both desktop and mobile using the software Octane.ai.
It would be interactive and easy to navigate, encouraging shoppers to more deeply engage with the CanineCeuticals® brand. The quiz would also capture customer information to deliver personalised recommendations at the end of the experience.
To nurture hesitant buyers, we would implement a tailored post-quiz email automation sequence. This sequence would prioritise providing additional information and support to pet parents, rather than aggressive sales tactics, reinforcing trust while gradually guiding customers toward a purchase decision.
