What services do you offer pet brands in Australia?

We offer a comprehensive range of services to support pet businesses in Australia, completely tailored to your vision and goals.

Short answer: no, there’s no lock-in to our services. If you sign up for our Done-For-You services and change your mind down the line, that’s absolutely fine. We simply ask that you notify us of the cancellation 10 days before your next payment is due.

Why do we not lock pet businesses in to 3, 6 or 12 month contracts? Because we know that many pet business owners have been burnt in the past. Signing up to work with digital marketing agencies that ended up being a horrible fit. So we would never want our clients to feel “trapped” in any capacity.

But we know you won’t want to cancel with us. How? Because before you even have the chance to sign up to our Done-For-You services all pet brands must book in for our Digital Roadmap Workshop first. The workshop is a great way to get a feel for our style and confirm if working with our agency is the best solution for your pet business goals. Think of it as a date before chucking on the wedding dress!

While we primarily focus on Australian pet businesses, we do work with international clients.

So even if you’re based in the USA, UK or Asia, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Getting started working with Pet Biz Creatives is simple. First, we ask you to book in for a complimentary 15-minute call. This call is an opportunity to verify if we’re a good fit for your needs.

Once we’ve confirmed this, the next step will be to book in for our Digital Roadmap Workshop. Further details of what the workshop entails can be found here.

Then, once you’ve completed your Workshop and receieved your 12-Month Growth Plan you’ll have two options. Option One is to implement your Growth Plan yourself, with our optional Coaching & Consulting. Option Two is sign up to our Done-For-You services.

If you select Option Two and sign up to our Done-For-You services, we’ll then assign you a dedicated Account Manager who will add you to a personal Slack Workspace, which is where all our communication from that point on will take place. Then, our team will get to work on implementing your 12-Month Growth Plan!

Of course we can. We regularly design, build, and optimise eCommerce platforms for pet brands that are both established (and their website needs a bit of a revamp) and pet brands just starting out.

Pet brands of all sizes have gone through our workshop and received their 12-Month Growth Plan. The best part of this Growth Plan is that we outline clear, actionable steps, in order of priority, which you can then either implement yourself or have our team implement on your behalf.

If you have a limited marketing budget, you may choose to implement these steps yourself, as you can then choose to book our Coaching & Consulting services for extra support and regular check-ins on your progress.

Additionally, if you do choose to proceed with our Done-For-You services, if you’re able to purchase our 12-month plan we offer a heavily discounted rate.

As Shopify partners, we recommend Shopify for all pet eCommerce brands.

For your email marketing, as Klaviyo partners we also recommend Klaviyo for your email marketing, automation and CRM needs.

Finally, for digital advertising we recommend Google Ads. Then for paid and organic social media, we suggest Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

We use industry-leading tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo for email marketing, and Shopify for eCommerce.

Yes, we can optimise and manage your current accounts and website or create new ones as needed.

However, in order for us to gain a thorough understanding of how your current platforms and accounts are set-up and performing, you will first need to book in for a Digital Roadmap Workshop before signing on for any of our Done-For-You services.
