CanineCeuticals®, a nutraceutical pet brand, partnered with Pet Biz Creatives to enhance their website experience and provide greater value to pet parents. With a growing customer base and a diverse range of health solutions, the brand needed a way to educate and support pet owners without requiring founder Narelle to personally respond to every inquiry. The solution had to be interactive, informative, and available around the clock—ensuring pet parents received expert guidance without delay.

The Brief
CanineCeuticals® needed an intuitive, educational tool to help pet parents navigate their dog’s health concerns and find the best solutions with confidence. Rather than relying on direct messages and manual customer service responses, the brand sought a more sustainable way to provide premium support.
The goal was to create an interactive quiz that would offer pet parents tailored recommendations based on their dog’s specific needs. More than just a product finder, the quiz would serve as an educational resource—helping customers better understand their pet’s health.

Our Approach
We would ensure the quiz was engaging, informative, and user-friendly, designing it with a focus on high-value content and seamless navigation across both desktop and mobile. Using Octane.ai, we would build an interactive experience that felt personal and intuitive, guiding pet parents through a series of questions to identify their dog’s unique needs.
At the end of the quiz, customers would receive a personalised results page with in-depth explanations of their pet’s potential health challenges, alongside practical advice and tailored product suggestions. This would ensure pet parents felt supported and informed, regardless of whether they made a purchase.
To continue offering value beyond the quiz, we would also develop a post-quiz email automation sequence. Instead of pushing sales, these emails would provide additional education, case studies, and expert insights—empowering pet owners to make the best decisions for their dogs at their own pace.
