Client Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as a client account manager. We are happy to offer additional training and mentoring to help develop your skills, and don’t necessarily expect you to have years of experience under your belt. 

However, you must have a love of animals and experience of being a pet parent yourself. You also need to be deeply invested in developing your personal expertise in email marketing and the pet industry. 

Our mission at Pet Biz Creatives is to help humanity experience deeper bonds, more joy and more love with our animals. That’s why we act as the bridge between pet parents & meaningful pet brands, and expect any new team members to share this vision.

Your general responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, scheduling and monitoring email campaigns for our clients
  • Graphic design and copywriting for client email campaigns (using Canva)
  • Reviewing and reporting on client email campaigns (using Klaviyo)
  • Planning and implementing quarterly content calendars
  • Attending weekly team and monthly client meetings & managing action items
  • Recording and implementing team and client ideas (using Asana)
  • Delivering creative assets to our Creative Director for final sign-off
  • Monitoring and responding to client communications (using Slack)
  • Creating quarterly reports on client campaign performance & presenting to clients
  • Undertaking market/competitor research on behalf of clients
  • Researching objection handling on behalf of clients
  • Ensuring all project and recurring task deadlines are met for clients
  • Keeping Pet Biz Creatives’ Google Site up to date

Please note, training can be provided for the above responsibilities. 

You’ll be the kind of individual who’s eager to learn and grow, and is enthusiastic to bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll also be curious, innovative and creative, and inspired to create email marketing assets that are value-driven and purpose-led.

Time management will be crucial to this role, as we will expect you to efficiently manage your personal workload and responsibilities.

Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic & energised email marketing specialist who shares our ethos of creating value-driven and purpose-led email marketing content. This position is an entry-level role, suitable for a candidate who feels inspired to learn more about email marketing and develop their existing knowledge.

You must have a love of animals and be a pet parent yourself, and also have a hunger to learn the skill of optimising email marketing campaigns to produce the best results possible.

Your general responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the development of or creating new automated flows & strategies in Klaviyo 
  • Coming up with new ideas around personalisation, new system integrations & apps
  • Finding and implementing new ways to engage the clients’ audience via email & SMS
  • Reviewing analytics to identify new opportunities and improvements
  • Finding new ideas for the Client Account Managers to implement into email campaigns

Please note, training can be provided for the above responsibilities. 

We do ask that the successful applicant be proactive in bringing fresh, productive ideas to the table, whilst keeping on top of industry trends and researching the wider market/competitors on behalf of our clients. You’ll also be happy to support the rest of the team in contributing to and reporting on campaign performance.

You’ll be a friendly, invested team-player who is responsible, diligent and has a highly organised mindset.

Business Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as a business manager. Whilst we don’t expect you to have years of business management experience under your belt, you must have a love of animals and be interested in developing your expertise in email marketing. 

Our mission at Pet Biz Creatives is to help humanity experience deeper bonds, more joy and more love with our animals. That’s why we act as the bridge between pet parents & meaningful pet brands, and expect any new team members to share this vision.

Your general responsibilities will include:

  • General business administration
  • Team calendar management
  • Personal assistance to agency Directors
  • Managing non-client related tasks for Pet Biz Creatives
  • Social media management for Pet Biz Creatives

However, in addition to the above responsibilities we do ask that the successful applicant has a willingness to show flexibility and versatility. In other words, you’ll be happy to support the team and get involved with all kinds of tasks, as and when required.

You’ll be the kind of person who’s eager to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table. But also responsible, diligent and someone with an organised mindset.
